Boba Buddy helps you remember what you ordered: find shops, save notes and photos, and (if you want) sync across devices. If something's confusing or broken, we're glad you're here.

We try to reply within 2-3 business days. Include:

  • What you were doing (e.g. "turned on cloud sync," "searched for a shop")
  • What went wrong (error text, or a short screen recording if that's easier)
  • Your device: iPhone model + iOS version (Settings -> General -> About)

Common questions

How do I find shops near me?

Allow location when the app asks (or turn it on later in Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Location Services -> Boba Buddy). Nearby results need location to work.

Search isn't returning shops

Check you're online. Try a simpler search (shop name or neighborhood). If it keeps failing, email us with what you typed and roughly where you were.

Photos won't save or attach

In Settings -> Privacy & Security, check Camera and Photos for Boba Buddy. The app only uses them when you choose to take or pick a photo for a note.

Cloud sync - how do I sign in?

Open Settings (from the notes flow / cloud sync screen in the app), enter your email, and tap the link in the magic link email. Use the same email on each device if you want everything in one place.

Check spam/junk. Make sure the address has no typos. Wait a minute and try again. If it still fails, email us from the same address you're trying to use.

Sync looks wrong or out of date

Try pulling to refresh or opening the screen again after a moment on Wi-Fi. If notes are missing or duplicated, email us with when it started and whether you use more than one device.

How do I delete my stuff?

You can delete notes inside the app. To remove account / cloud data or close things out completely, email us at eugenia.leong@icloud.com and we'll help.

Refunds (App Store)

Purchases (if any) are handled by Apple. For refund questions, use Apple's support flow - we can't process App Store refunds from here.
